No matter how you slice it, it's pure greed. If you go out and do something similar to this and you get busted, you deserve what you get.

I agree 100%. There are no excuses. There is a way to get a fishing license over the phone so that's no excuse and going to the landing and dropping fish and going back for more is pure greed. I personally hope they throw the book at them.
